KSS Samiti’s K.S.R. College of Education, Belagavi organised the 41st Students Council Inauguration 2021-22 today at 11.30 in Gavisiddappa Belawadi Hall in the college. The function began by performing puja to the statue of Founder Gavisiddappa Belawadi . Dr M. C. Yarriswamy, Professor, Dean, Director and Chairman, School of Education,Former Syndicate Member , present Academic Council Member, Chairman of Doctoral Committe, Chairman of LIC Committee Channamma University, Belagavi. Also NEP 2020, Task force committee member in R. C. U. B. and Education and Teacher Education subject ,U. G and P. G member for Curriculum frame work at Karnataka State Higher Education Council, Bangalore was the Esteemed Inaugurator of the function. Shri Ravi B.Dandin, Secretary,Kanakadas Shikshana Samiti, State BJP OBC Morcha Secretary was the President of the function.
The formal function began with a prayer song by 1st and 3rd semester students. Dr S.A.Narasgouda welcomed and introduced the dignitaries on and off the dias. The Students Council 2021-22 was inaugurated by the esteemed guests by lighting the lamp and unfurling the Council flex board. Dr M.R Bhat, Students Council Chairman conducted the oath taking ceremony for 1st semester Deputy Secretaries.
The Inaugurator Dr M.C.Yarriswamy Sir in his inaugural address called upon the students to put all efforts and adopt the new pedagogies for the welfare of student community. Dr M.C. Yarriswamy was felicitated on the occasion. Sri Ravi B.Dandin conveyed the Presidential remarks. Dr B.G.Dharwad, Principal was present and graced the function. Prof D.H.Naik, Deputy Chairman proposed the vote of thanks. Dr. N. A Pujari anchored the programme. Dr G R Kotennavar supervised the stage setting and decoration. Dr N.S Jadhav surpervised the lunch arrangements . All the members of the staff and students of 1st and 3rd semester were present on the occasion.
