KSS’s Krantiveer Sangolli Rayanna College of Education,III Semester students visited Mahesh Foundation’s Utkarsh School at Kanabargi, Belagavi as a practicum of the subject Inclusive Education yesterday 23/02/2024 at 10.30am.The school depicts exemplary social service.It provides free education, lodging, boarding and medical facilities to 400 students who are HIV positive and slum dwellers. Apart from formal education, Mahesh Foundation also provides skill based education to students. The quality of education adheres to international standards and fully supported by digital media.Also there are units supporting needy women and activating Women empowerment. Also a Blood Bank is on its way to inception. The founder and President of Mahesh Foundation Shri Mahesh Jadhav, a dynamic personality is a symbol of philanthropy who has dedicated all his time, property and career in the service of society.Sri Mahesh Jadhav sir in his address called upon the youth to serve mankind in whatever form possible. Students Chetana and Soumya spoke about the noble work being carried on. Dr B.G. Dharwad, Principal appreciated the efforts of the president and wished greater heights of success to the foundation.The faculty of the school showed around the the beautiful,clean, eco-friendly and digital infrastructure.Dr S.A. Narasgouda and Dr G.M Sunagar accompanied.All the students of 3rd semester were present.
