Krantiveer Sangolli Rayanna College of Education

This college, bearing the name of the great revolutionary patriot, “Sangolli Rayanna” was started in the year 1982 & was affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad till the academic year 2009 -10. From the academic year 2010 – 11 onwards the college is affiliated to Rani Chennamma University, Bhutaramanhatti, Belagavi. It is recognized by N.C.T.E & Govt. of Karnataka & also included under Section 2(F) & 12(B) of UGC Act 1956 in the year 2003. From 19th May 2009 it is included in Government Grant in Aid. The college has successfully completed 35 Years & more than 3500 trained graduates have successfully come out of this college & are servicing in different capacities all over the country. In 2013 IGNOU study centre has been established in the college.

Krantiveer Sangolli Rayanna College of Education, bearing the name of the great revolutionary patriot, “Sangolli Rayanna” was established by Kanakadas Shikshan Samiti, Gadag, in the year 1982 with the inspiration of Honorable Shri Gavisiddappa Belawadi Ex.M.L.C. of Bombay Karnataka who was one of the directors of the Samiti for the noble cause of education. Under the dynamic leadership of its Founder President Dr. B. F. Dandin and Secretary Shri. Ravi B. Dandin, the College has grown up to be one of the prestigious college of education in the northern part of Karnataka.

Online speech on "Adolescents Education,Child marriages and Bio-Gender Violence"

Kanakadasa Shikshan Samiti's Krantiveer Sangolli Rayanna College of Education Belagavi ,IQAC initiatives in Association with FPAI Belagavi Branch, Today (27-07-2020) Organized Online speech on "Adolescents Education,Child marriages and Bio-Gender Violence". Resource Person of today's Programme FPAI Belagavi Branch Programme officer Shri. Krishna Gumaste.Vice Principal Dr.B.G.Dharwad presided over the function, welcomed by Student's council Deputy Chairman Dr.M.P.Chalageri , Anchoured by IQAC Coordinator Dr.S.A.Narasgouda and lastly given a vote of thanks by Dr.G.R.Kotennavar.All the staff and students were presented on the occasion.

Due to the Covid-19, Corona Virus Pandemic, by the Directions of Rani Channamma University Belagavi for taking B.Ed. Course online classes for next Semesters (4th & 2nd), we started Online Classes successfully with the support of our Management as per the prescribed time table and instructions given by our Principal according to the Syllabus from the date 20-04-2020 onwards regularly. With interest & well preparations, online classes are given by all the Teaching Faculty. The students response & feedback is good with better attendance.
