Inauguration of Students Council and Annual Social Gathering
K.S.S.’s Krantiveer Sangolli Rayanna College of Education organized “Inauguration of Students Council and Annual Social Gathering” on 2 September 2021in Shri Gavisiddappa Belawadi Memorial Hall in the colleage. Annual social gathering program began at 11.00 am with a group photo.Dr.M Jayappa, Principal, Sangolli Rayanna Constituent Degree College,R.C.U. Belagavi was the honourable Inaugurator and Chief Guest. The programme continued with a prayer song by student Yallavva Talwar. Prof D.H.Naik welcomed and introduced the chief guest.The student council for the year 2021 -2022 was inaugurated by the Inaugurator and Chief Guest Dr M Jayappa by lighting the lamp and releasing the Students Council board.The oath taking ceremony was conducted by Chairman of Students council for the year 2021-2022 Dr M.R. Bhat. Principal Dr B.G.Dharwad, Chairman of Students Council Dr M .R Bhat , Dy Chairman Prof D.H.Naik and all the council secretaries were honoured with batches by the Chief Guest. Chairperson of Students Council 2019 -2021 Dr G.R. Kotennavar presented the report of the Council’s activities for the said years. Recently retired faculty ,our Former Principal Dr A. L. Patil and Physical Director Prof S.S. Badiger were felicitated on the occasion. Also our university rank holders of the batch 2018-2020 who bagged 9 out of 10 ranks and made us proud were felicitated on the occasion.. Also the college toppers of the previous batch were also awarded cash prizes. The felicitation programme was anchored by Dr N.A. Pujari . Former Principal Dr A.L.Patil spoke on the occasion and acknowledged his years of service in the college.Jyoti Walitagi , University first rank holder and Yamanoor Vatarad shared their success stories and the contribution of the college in their success.Prizes were distributed to Best students of the present batch under the name of Best of Bests announced by Dr N.S.Jadhav. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Guest Dr M.Jayappa appreciated the good work and results of the college and gave valuable advice to the would-be teachers. Dr B.G.Dharwad, Principal presided over the function. General Secretary Basappa Pendari proposed the vote of thanks. Dr S.A. Narasgouda anchored the programme.
