World Ozone Day
KSS’s KSR College of Education’s Science Club observed WORLD OZONE DAY on 23/09/2022 in the college at 3.30 pm. Smt Rajeshri J.Kulli,Asst Regional Officer, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board,Belagavi was the Chief guest of the function. The function began with a prayer song by students of 2nd semester students Maduri and group.Student of 2nd semester Pratibha welcomed the gathering and student Akshata Sangli introduced the chief guest.The function was inaugurated by watering the plant. Dr S. A. Narasgouda, Chairperson of Science Club presented the introductory remarks. Students of 2nd semester Spoorthi Viveki spoke on the occasion and Basavraj Valmiki presented a PPT . Students of 2nd semester presented a skit highlighting the importance of preserving the ozone layer. The chief guest Smt Rajeshri J.Kulli highlighted the significance of the day and our personal role in preserving the ozone layer. Dr B.G Dharwad, President of Science Club and Principal conveyed the presidential remarks. Student Pooja Patil proposed the vote of thanks. Student of 2nd semester Pooja Chitale anchored the function..All the members of the staff and students of 2nd and 4th semester were present on the occasion.
