Annual Social Gathering & Deepdaan Samarambh Celebration
KSS’s Krantiveer Sangolli Rayanna College of Education, Belagavi celebrated Annual Social Gathering and Deepdaan Samarambh 2021-22 on 10/11/2022 i in the college at 11.00 am.Prof Shivanand S.Gornale, Registrar(Ev)RCU , Belagavi and Sri Gulappa B.Hiramani, Former Chairman,BUDA were the chief guests. Sri Ravi B .Dandin, Secretary,K S Samiti and State BJP OBC Morcha Secretary was the President of function (in absentia).On this occasion respects were paid to Founder and former MLC late Sri Gavisiddappa Belawadi by garlanding his statue.folliwed by Group Photo of the batch 2020-2022. The formal function beganwith an invocation by student of 4th semester Shaista Mulla.Dr S.A. Narasgouda welcomed the gathering and introduced the guests of honour.Dr M.R.Bhat , Students Council Chairman presented the report of the council activities. A report of the same was released on the occasion by the dignitaries on the dice.7 University rank holders and college toppers of the batch 2021 were felicitated on the occasion announced by Dr G R .Kotennavar. Rank students and present students shred their opinions and experiences in the college.The Best of Best awards were announced by Dr N.S. Jadhav and awarded by the dignitaries. Vidya Patil was declared as the Best Student Trainee of the batch..Prizes were distributed to students in the area of sports announced by Prof D H. Naik and in the area of Cultural activities by Dr N S. Jadhav Speaking on the occasion the Chief Guest Prof Shivanand S.Gornale called upon students to strive to be ideal teachers . Chief Guest Sri Gulappa Hosamani also spoke about the role of teachers in nation building. Both the chief guests were felicitated on behalf of the college.Dr B. G Dharwad, Principal conveyed the presidential remarks.Dr N A. Pujari anhored the programme.General Secretary Iranna Mavinkattu.proposed the vote of thanks.
The Deep – daan Samarambh began at 4.00 pm. Students shared their experiences in the college. Cultural activities and ppts were pesented.Students took the pledge inthe presence of the holy light to ever be loyal and faithful to the teaching profession,Al mater and the Nation.The function concluded with Vande Mataram. Principal, staff and students of 2nd and 4th semester were present on the occasion.
